Today I got an email notification from my US based mail forwarder. "You have a new package". I was baffled as I didn't remember having ordered anything recently... To my surprise, when I checked the package photos, there it was. "Sender: FX Technology"... So here I am, another customer who finally has had their phone shipped. Contribution #21XX

I got my phone - and it worked two weeks 😞 Fxtec haven't answered my emails and FB-message got automatic reply that they are not at workplace 😞 😞 Thus, I waited almost a month and wondered what to do to my phone... However, one of my friends made me try a laptop charger with USB-C - and, surprise, surprise, the battery loaded and now it works.

I don't patch the any file myself. After the first flash, I open the Magisk app once and let it update and/or install (I forget which, but whatever makes the app happy) and then close it and never open it again.

Hey Itchy355, I am living in Prague and, in principle, I can pass my used Pro1 unit (you can notice a wear but the mainboard should be fine). I shelved the phone when I gave up on Sailfish ~year ago. Of/c, it would make perfect sense to get the non-mainboard defunct unit from Doktor Oswaldo, unless they're from South America or so 🙂 I'm perhaps very busy in August but something can be certainly arranged during September. PS: in case, I do speak also Czech Jan

Then I'm stumped. On my Pro1x using LOS 21, when I connect to my Windows computer, there is a notification at the very bottom of my notification just as I described to you. and all options are available in settings -> connected devices -> USB

I have one laying around. I can't remember what was wrong with it, but I am fairly certain it was not the mainboard. I can have a look if you want. Where are you living?
