  1. I just recently installed AICP on my Pro1 and, in another thread, I was asked how I went about getting root and Safetynet working, including Google Pay working. It was pretty straight-forward really, but I had to dig around a bit to figure it out. Here are the exact steps, as best I recollect them. This may not be the best or only way, but it worked for me.   2. I've still got my old Nokia N9 that I still use from time to time and my Jolla with TOHKBD. I keep looking at E7s on eBay but I never actually get to buy one. I'll have to have another look next payday.

  5. Fxtec has confirmed that you can use external display with Pro1-X on Ubuntu Touch even so that the chip has changed.

I am noticing an issue with fingerprints: If I remember correctly, there's the one thing that the system stops accepting fingerprints for some time after too many unrecognized attempts, which can easily and unwillingly happen with our device because of the scanner's position. Whenever this happens, my banking app reports changes in my fingerprint configuration and stops allowing me to authenticate via fingerprint, until I authenticate via PIN and re-enable fingerprints in the app's settings.
