Flashed the first 18th version that was listed for download. Backuped everything, but didn't need to.
Flashed the 18th version, flashed MindTheGapps, flashed Magisk, done. Everything works as good as before. Went from 16 to 18.
The phone seems to respond quicker than before, or the animations give the impression that it does. I like the new theme.
That's the way it was on mine. I even got fooled by the coincidence of installing AICP and the demons, as I called them, went away, I think it was for a couple of weeks, but then they came back full force, like they had gone off to training camp and my Pro1 was unusable again.
Looking at your picture, I notice that the lower right corner is actually sharp: that wall socket seems to be quite nicely in focus. The rest of the picture obviously isn't -- even though there are many objects at roughly the same distance from the lens than the wall socket.

He was interested in trying to get Android running on it since the Nokia bootloaders had been unlocked, etc... I don't think he ever did anything with it though, and if you are still looking for an E7 to purchase for your collection, let me know and I'll give him a call to see if he still has it (probably sure he still does) and I'll have him send it back to me.
Yeah, that is a pity. I have been talking about this earlier. Currently I cannot write @ symbol with QWERTZ using Finnish layout. It is possible to modify KCM file with root but it is a quite hassle.
Anyway I upgraded from official LOS 17.1 to 18.1 without issues (dirty flash). Just downloaded the files to my se card and flashed them vie LOS recovery. No need for PC and ADB access. Recovery will be updated automatically when you flash LOS 18.1.
Place the files to sd card
Reboot to LOS recovery
Click Apply Update, then Apply from sd card and select LOS zip

...and the problem came back. Although it's not as serious as it was before the attempted repair. Maybe just 1 false tap in a short while. Still usable at the moment.
