Are you asking if Ubuntu Touch supports those characters? It does.

Unfortunately it does need to be printed in TPU. PLA is to rigid for this type of phone case.

Second, Ubuntu's browser is as capable as android's browser, if not more capable. If you are accessing your bank account online or any shop online, Ubuntu can do that as well (or even better) than the basic android. If you are asking about native apps, Ubuntu touch is still struggling with those. Most apps work but apps with specific requirements struggle or not work at all.

You might want to try the 'AccuBattery' app for that; to record charge and discharge periods is one of its features.

Better still, there actually is something between the LED and the display glass now although I don't think it does much to diffuse the light: After I glued on the display and finally removed the protective film, I sat there and scratched my head and asked myself why there still was a red tab on the upper side of the screen!

I think USB is basically stable especially on a Linux system... However, a root USB HUB may contain more USB devices, so more USB ports of a PC can be connected to the same root HUB while also internal devices may use the very same root HUB (like internal bluetooth, webcamera, fingerprint sensor, card reader, WLAN device, etc). So if you (or your PC) share the same BUS between several devices, then it also needs time to serve those devices. So it may also add more or less delay to your communication which the device will or will not tolerate. As this protocol seems to be picky

You are absolutely right! I also use the AOSP keyboard and I can indeed enable/disable the emoji selector using that setting, though I think it was enabled by default in my LOS 16. @Noob: Something to check, maybe ...

I agree, PLA is completely unsuitable for printing the case. My PLA case broke after a month of usage without taking any large hits.

Just noticed a weird issue with inoming calls and VoLTE. Sound was stuttering and highly sped up - totally incomprehensible. But it only occurred on my side and just with incoming calls. Turned VoLTE off for now. German 1&1 using the Vodafone network.

So support FINALLY replied to me after sending 3 emails and a tweet, now my screen has been further pushed out to October. Think I'm about to just give up on this phone and move my Moto One Hyper as the primary. And the screen isn't the only thing that's bugging me now, I recently found out that my reception problems was the phone itself. I couldn't sustain a phone call properly in my room, but when I put my SIM into the Moto, it conducted phone calls perfectly fine even with just the 1 bar of signal.
