  1. This is a user-to-user forum, so we don't have an answer to your question. If you backed the phone on iGG, the updates there are the official answers. Basically, they are shipping slowly. If you backed it on IGG, you weren't paying for a phone in the same sense as purchasing an in-stock item from a store, you were providing an investment in the development and production of a new phone. 2. I agree. And I was surprised that someone sent that via text and not email. I don't have any disrespect for fxtec and don't think that they would intentionally scam customers. I think whomever sent it doesn't realize I have always been a staunch supporter of the company and the staff. The situation - whatever it is or is not - is unfortunate, but I don't believe it is any kind of scheme. I would really like to know who got my cell # to send me that.

  4. @Casey Note the dates. The post about deducting the battery is March 2nd, the "I got my refund" is March 18th. 😉

  6. Thanks Casey. I have never gotten any other communication via test - always via email and never anything like this.

  8. Yeah, this isn't from us... Confirmed with our support team and even Liangchen, this isn't how we respond to customers, and definitely not via text message. Please ignore.

  9. When I'm getting my phone? I paid for it about 2 years ago, and since then I've been struggling with your's bullshit support anwsers whitch usually go like this "soon soon, don't worry about it, go bother someone else". So I'am asking here, when I'm getting my god dammed, overpriced and at this point obsolete phone?
