  1. I wasn't able to 100% confirm that all units shipped out from the previous warehouse were working. Given the timeframe I had, it was quite impossible to check them one by one... Though, I understand your concerns and will reach out to those who did unfortunately receive a depleted Pro1-X and to offer support whenever we can.

  2. I'm very sorry to see that you received a depleted Pro1-X. If you'd like to carry out this repair by yourself, there are currently two ways to do this, but both would require you to disassemble your phone. We do not recommend doing this unless you have experience with electronics repair. As others stated, some components are very delicate and can be prone to break if not careful. If you do wish to proceed by yourself, we have a detailed video tutorial on how to "jump start" your battery by taking apart your Pro1-X. A link of the video can be found here. You can either prepare a cha

  3. So, it appears that I was able to repair my Pro1-X's radios. Previously, telephony and mobile data wouldn't work for me, as documented earlier in this thread. WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS had always worked perfectly. It turned out that my Pro1X was missing most of its "antenna" connector springs. My main antenna (aka. USB) board was missing two of its three connectors, and the last one broke off while I was diagnosing the problem. See picture attached. It appears these things are really fragile. Also my "diversity" antenna board was missing one connector, which I found rattling in a

  4. I beleive they had answered that. The problem is that there needs a minimal amount of charge in the battery to have enough power to boot enough to have the charging activated. AND combined with it not turning it self off early enough it is ALSO a future issue once it gets charged. So make sure it is never allowed to run flat....

  5. The good news is, the warranty repair is just dealing with London, not HK, and there is no need for parts to be ordered, so it should be a fairly quick turn around once you get the support ticket set up with them and they receive the unit. I've had two warranty repair episodes with them and both went well. They are not quick with communication, but they will get the job done. @Casey

  6. I prefer to specify in a way you can just copy & paste: adb reboot bootloader && \ fastboot oem off-mode-charge 1 && \ fastboot reboot fastboot waits for the phone to be available, so no need for the user to wait. I just tested and the code above works assuming adb and fastboot are installed

  7. It sound like a depleted battery, and the (silly) default of booting on charging. We have another thread in here with one that had exactly the same, I'm not sure he found a fix. For anyone else i STRONGLy suggest to do the following from a pc connected (boots the phone, but does not clear things) adb reboot bootloader Wait for boot to bootloader to finish (or do manually holding VolDown+Power) fastboot oem off-mode-charge 1 There is this silly default that powering the phone turns it on, and if the battery is depleted, it does not have enough power to do the boot...

  8. I agree. One last thing could be to try to hold power and volume down pressed while connected to powered, as this should make it boot into the bootloader menu, that is more likely to work than a full boot, IF it is the battery that is depleted, and not something more severe that has gone awry. ADD: It is a silly default, that it is NOT set to charge, but boot when power is applied in power off state. I will STRONGLY suggest anyone to do this: adb reboot bootloader Wait for the boatloader menu fastboot oem off-mode-charge 1 fastboot reboot (the adb/fastboot package
