  1. Bluetooth issue I normally encounter when playing music. My phone doesn't disconnect when in the car or using BT earbuds. Signal strength/Connectivity etc I basically work around by doing 1 of 3 things: Using wifi calling when possible Turning off data unless I need to use it Not trying to speak into the handset with my ear and mouth at the same time. (literally caller can not hear me if I do or the call disconnects). I am sure there might be "issues" with my phone that could be troubleshot but it works and I am happy and I don't have to worry about T-Mobile suddenly
  2. Yes. Still my daily driver. When you really love a device, you can work around its limitations. I can still make and receive calls and never get dropped when connected to external audio (car, headphones,speaker, etc).

For the Pro 1 Pros: Keyboard is there which is what I really wanted Good battery life Works well on wi-fi calling Can send and receive MMS on Wifi FABULOUS camera now that I have the right software on it (see unedited images below) Expandable storage Cons: Phone call functionality sucks. I drop about 50% of my calls, when I am not on wifi text messages often get hung or don't go through Voice clarity blows and I need to use earbuds or put it on speaker Screen rotation gets hung and I have to lock and unlock the screen to fix
  5. Nothing is wrong with it, I just thought maybe I should get one in case things go belly-up ya know. So I emailed and the want £99 + Shipping. For a battery. They Want $118.25 USD for a phone battery plus shipping. So I asked if they could deduct it from the $829USD that they owe me for the cancelled Pro1X order. Results pending... 🤣
  6. I truly believe that is what happened too. I wish my husband had gotten his Pro1x, but 2 years was just a little long to wait. I wish they were going to actually refund the money. I think they are hoping that in 3 months they will have enough new orders to do some refunds. I do appreciate the fact that they are not taking new orders. At least they did that right.
  7. I honestly hope that they actually refund me and don't send me some outdated maybe-it-works device. My order shows as processing rather than refund in process or anything.
  8. I don't expect to see the money this year. I will be surprised if I get it next year. Don't get me wrong, love my Pro1, but at this point other than their good intentions, I have doubts that they have the capability to living up to expectations or promises. I mean, these are good guys. I truly believe that. But they are so far over their heads.
  9. Sorry for the long delay, but I haven't been able to find the flip case in a solid/less noisy color. Also the tray is out of stock. I found another from a different company that I should have today. Will keep you posted.

  16. Here's another seizure for ya - it works! The TPU case that came with it is too skinny although the right height. Not a biggie - I can get those on the cheap. So I popped that off, ordered the right one on Amazon, and used some double-sided fabric tape and boom. Done. Lemme know if y'all want me to find it in black or some non-eyesore color.
