Alright, after toying with it for a few days I have cracked dual booting and decided to write up the steps myself. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DATA DOING THIS. Credit to @order#10248 for proving the concept. First thing you will want to do is re-flash stock android on your phone. There isn't an official repo for this yet but @Waxberry has kindly provided one on this post. Download and extract the files from there and run the script fastboot_all.bat or you can download my modified linux version flash_all.sh. If you never got an auto-responder message, I would question they received it. I have always gotten an auto-response to a new email to [email protected] that was a new request (responses formatted with ticket number and "type above this line" don't get auto-responses). I have always only used the [email protected] address and have always gotten a real response from them within 2 weeks (it varies-- I've had responses within 48 hours... 2 weeks is the max). @Erik Any idea what's going on in these two cases?

Wise decision you had to check the frequency! I would personally don't recommend the Gemini as a phone. It is almost unusable to make and receive phone call. It is quite fragile as well...

There's no "ready to buy" case for this phone but over time @EskeRahntested a lot of case from other phone. I used the Huawei flip case nearly 6 months. Some other members designed a case to 3d print, I really enjoy it since I got it. As for the screen protector you can buy a elephone U screen protector as it is the same screen

Sadly it turns out the 1900MHz/band 25 band was never used for mobile communication in the Netherlands either for 3G (including HSPA+) nor 4G, and the 700MHz/band 13 is not currently used for 3G. This means that both the Droid 4 and the Photon Q cannot use a data connection anymore after the end of the year (barring any miraculous breakthrough with the PQ baseband firmware and a hardware mod). To be fair, that's Android 11 that messed that up. Lineage just seems to be using the same setup rather than modifying it. At least you can still get the full reset menu (system, Recovery, Bootloader).

Played around with latest build and this article. Works as expected, and totally usable as desktop mode.

Yeah your going to need to request the evidence of delivery from DPD. As they say they have delivered it somewhere if they can't provide it then they are liable. (But only to the insured amount) But if the evidence does suggest they delivered it is with FxTec and in that case you can take them to the small claims court in the UK. (Not sure how that stands for an alien)

I am not sure if it already had come to notice here in this forum: There is a funding campaign to have a professionally skilled developer working on Anbox container for Ubuntu Touch: https://gofund.me/acb31504 I think it is worth to be supported. Anbox is kind of a container running an android environment so that native android apps could be run. Of course this could be more convenient than dual boot 😉 Cheers, Ulle

I am also having issues making contact since the beginning of March. They were very quick to respond to my request to buy a new screen and sent me an invoice and instructions. I paid that day, March 1st, and confirmed my shipping address. They responded confirming the order March 2nd and said it should ship the next week. Seven weeks later I have not received a screen and have never heard from them again. I did send e-mails on April 3rd and 14th asking for a shipping update, no reply. I started a new case this Monday, got their auto e-mail response, but nothing since
