  3. Just had a response from Liangchen on the little confusion with the free cases. Yes, everyone (with a pre-order) will receive a free sleeve, but only people before the 24th of June will have a free set of headphones (+ the sleeve). I have also been updated that we were not left impressed with the quality of the hardcase that you saw on Twitter before - it was making the slider mechanism not open properly.   7. I think the safest thing to do right now is to delete them. Before this forum went live, we had to reimport the WPbb database 5+ times, each time flushing this forums posts table. I have no clue why it didn’t flush yours and kept them hidden.
  8. Cloudflare is already on, so unlikely :(. I believe your work firewall is blocking the forum platform we use, which is quite popular for being an efficient distraction :).
  9. We’re going to setup a cloudflare proxy, which should in theory bypass whatever block is causing this.
  10. Acknowledged. We will accept the chargeback. As some of you can confirm, we have never rejected a cancellation request, and we’ve always treated those with respect and understandings. Please bear in mind that cancellations and refunds are a much quicker, hassle-free method to get your funds back than submitting a dispute to your bank.
  11. Seems to just be a spam blacklist for previous bad history, which doesn't affect HTTP traffic. We use Office 365 for outgoing emails anyway.
  12. This is strange. We aren't blocking any countries by default. Is there any chance your ISP might be blocking us?
  13. We typically don't have an answer to that, as the logistics team drafts up the CSV files needed by the warehouses minutes before the warehouse starts processing them. Factors such as when the payment was received and whether it's an Indiegogo compensation determine in what order devices are shipped. As for @Jhonny B, we are trying to confirm which order reference he has. Due to privacy reasons, we can't confirm why, but we're struggling to locate it.

  15. Correct. "Processing" is the status assigned to orders after the payment has been successfully taken. Nothing further to do from your side once it says "Processing".
  16. Hi everyone, A quick informal update for you. As confirmed on Twitter, the first batch is in transit. Some of our Asia/Oceania-based customers will receive their tracking details before others, as stock is in transit to our UK and US warehouses. Please bear in mind the customs delays there might be with stock to the UK and US, but hopefully, it will all be smooth. Based on history, customs clearance shouldn't take more than a few days even in the worst case.   17. Hi everyone, We know we've been a little quiet in the past days, and that is because there is not much new to add into a new update - we are on track to begin shipping tomorrow, on the 29th. Some of you will receive their dispatch notice tomorrow, with everyone from the first batch following by the end of this week. We are currently waiting on stock to arrive at our warehouse in Hong Kong, which will dispatch orders directly to our Asia and Oceania based customers.   20. Skynet Worldwide Express is only used for shipments to one country - Russia. They have the ability to pass packages to established Russian couriers such as Pony Express and others. This ensures our orders arrive in Russia, which is a known destination with customs and courier complications. For the rest of the globe, we are using either DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD or Royal Mail.
  21. Please change it from https://community.fxtec.com/settings/. This seems to have been an issue with the previous forum as well - revealing usernames. This one gives you an option to change the revealed name. The previous forum was just hiding the old spammy posts, this one doesn't allow them in the first place. We'll clear them all shortly 🙂
