  1. Update: Magically fixed itself. Started just this evening. I literally can't hear anything out of the earpiece. Fine with headset, bluetooth, speaker, but not just holding the phone to my ear. I saw one other person reported it but then said it was fine. Any suggestions?

  6. From 04/19 - 12/19 I waited. Sure it was a bit much, but it's not like fxtec wasn't transparent. @Erik and @Waxberry have been more than helpful. I never once posted a nastygram or sent them emails saying WTF. I was nice, said good day, wished them happy holidays...sometimes I sent them emails just to thank them for what they were doing with this project. I'm happy I got my phone. But I had posted that I didn't expect it anytime soon. I even joked that I was hoping my Nexus 5 would last until June. So cancel your order if you don't want to wait. Others have and have gotten refund
  7. The 2nd phone was ordered, paid for, and processed on the same day. On January 12th I got a stock assigned email, on the 20th I got a shipping notification and received the phone 2 days earlier than expected.
  8. I'll need to use the phone more to find out. I work from home and have a landline, so I haven't had quite the opportunities to play with it that others have.

  12. Odd thing. Not sure if it's a bug or a setting thing. With all my other phones if the phone is in use making calls - as in up against my face - the display is dark (as in black) until I pull it away. With the Pro1, the display never darkens.
  13. Yes, but I did the ask a question thing and they assured me it was for the Pro. And look at the order details.
  14. @Everyone: K 😁 These are the product dimensions listed: 7.8 x 4.2 x 0.4 inches (the case I was planning to return) It is not. It's not even close. Looks like 5.4. A P20 has a screen of 5.8 So even if I DID have a P20, it would NOT fit, and the description was inaccurate, therefore I think returnworthy.

  16. Um... I ordered a P20 back case. It fit great. I ordered a P20 2-piece case Neither piece fit. If A fit then B should fit - I should have at least gotten A piece that was long enough - especially since the dimensions listed do not match the case that was received. If you say something is going to be X inches long, it shouldn't be X - .5. Let's just go with "K" and move on.
  17. But with Amazon, they ARE the merchant and there IS no return shipping cost. I only buy Prime items - never from a vendor. And it's not like I return things I get on ebay or anything.
  18. I agree, but if one P20 case fits, the other should do IMO. And "didn't fit" is an option for reasons for return. If I bought a shirt that didn't fit, I would feel no qualms about returning it, so why not a case. As far as condition, it never left the house. When I got out I take my flip wallet and stick the whole thing in my purse.
  19. I think I am going to go hit the local Fry's. The one thing they continue to have in stock is phone cases, and they let you take them out of the package and try them. I'll report back if there is any success or any "Don't" models.
  20. I don't know about the magic phrase. I called T-Mobile and (because I have been a customer since 1998) was transferred to my special support team. I asked them to turn it on and they did. Wish I could help you more.
