That could create a problem if off mode charging wasn't enabled using fastboot commands, except you said you charged the battery and it still won't boot. Now I did have a problem with my old Pro1 in 2021 where the screen simply wouldn't com on at all. I tried replacing the screen, but that didn't work. Luckily it was still 3 weeks before it went out of warranty and I was able to send it to Fxtec and they fixed it. Never told me what they did beyond replacing the screen, but I had the impression they had to do something else. Not that any of this is of much help to you. Sorry.

I just let it discharge to zero by accident, no other special circumstances - definitely not water damage.

Too bad. Any special circumstances? Could it be water/moisture that got in and messed something? It sounds like a hardware failure of some kind to me. (Let us try to ping @CornholioGSM that got experience fixing PRO1/PRO1X)

I don't know if anyone still reads it - but I will share my experiences with dead Pro1 Yesterday it discharged and turned off - I connected it to a USB charger and got no reaction, black screen, no diode. I disassembled it and charged the battery to 3.85v on an external power supply, reconnected the battery and still the same, black screen, no reaction. The voltage on the VBAT pin is 3.85v, on the POWER ON pin is 1.8v both with USB charger connected and not connected. For the past few months, when I update LineageOS, I haven't been able to use Magisk to patch the boot partition directly in the inactive slot. I get an "unable to download bootctl" error, which is a network error according to GitHub, but I the error happens no matter what network I'm connected to. I have to export the update image, patch it, then flash the boot partition to boot_b manually using fastboot. Everything about LOS 23 works perfectly otherwise. Does anyone else have this problem?

Phew! That was close. Didn't get a chance to update until Tuesday night and discovered my Pro1x had been knocked loose from it's magnetic charging cable. It was rebooting and came up with 7% power. Was it in a boot loop because power was so low? Did I need my rubber bands. Apparently not. Don't entirely know why it was spontaneously rebooting, but it didn't start shutting down again. I connected the charging cable and turned off the screen and a couple of hours later it was full (Have it set to not charge over 85%. I think I was lucky. Lol. All's well that ends well. 😄 Lineage-23.2

Hi, Can't help with the parts you are looking for but i think I need one of the Cables for the pro1X. mine is only working when opened, screen freezes and has disorted display when i close it. have not checked if it's a connector issue but it really feels like it's the cable itself. please dm me! // edit: It is the cable. Molex connectors are fine and soldered. It's not the worn off insulation grounding the case, i isolated that, it's the cable itself. I am desperatly in need for a new one. Is anyone experienced in redesigning a cable to make a small order on PCB
