  2. This album is what I shared maybe one/two weeks ago. They were taken by Pro1 using a GCAm port: Only two more photos, but they were taken by Pro1's stock camera software:

  3. Alright, so I just had my first random reboot. For me, this has never been an issue until today, when I connected to GF's new wireless router. I remarked that I found the signal strength a bit lacking for a device that's not even 10 meters away, but she said she had good connection since starting it up. OK, let's try it out! I connected, entered an URL in an open window and... bam, random reboot. Whut. OK, reboot, reopen Chrome, browse to the FX forum, search for this thr... bam, another reboot. OK, so definitely sure now this is due to the wifi acting up. Reboot, switch off wifi and back to c

  5. Moot point, I think. 😉 I agree with @Slion that things are difficult right now. And yes, if you need a phone, you may want to get one to use for now (when my Nexus 6p died, I spent 6 months on a cheap Moto G6).

  7. As it is (unmodified) it seems to bulge slightly in the middle, with a maximum thickness of around 25mm. While the case latch does close, the case is so tight it doesn't take much force to unclip it.

  8. Yup, it is still there, and works like a charm. And it is easy to wipe clean.

  9. Welcome, dumarcm. You won't really get much in the way of answers here because we don't know-- which is both good news and bad news. All we can do is make guesses without much data. On the one hand, they got one good sized shipment out prior to the Chinese New Year and were ready to roll when everyone came back-- except that's when the virus closed down China. But we know they can do it. We just received an update HERE that they now finally have 100% of staff in factory and probably most of the parts (moving pieces around in China is still a bit slow but improving). If they now get

  11. I've ordered mine at the end of February this year and I don't expect to get it this summer, rather this fall/winter. 😄

  12. @jlavi If I remember correctly, those 70% were never completed and I think they were even missed by a big margin. However, I don't have the thread/post at hand that would support my theory so it might be wrong. Anyways: If you don't get your parts, your whole calculation won't work out. I expect my phone to arrive in at least one or two months from now even if they ramped up production a lot. Not that I wouldn't take it if it was sent at this exact moment...

  13. We have very high end 3D-printing facilities in our University, which students can use. Has anyone tested out some models which could be production ready? Not that I am experienced 3D-printer, but this might be a good starting point to learn when you have some already validated models to use 🙂
