  1. I believe that can be more or less achieved by moving the yellow print down (like the sketch of the 7 above) But as the number keys are smaller, printing 3 symbols on it over complicates the content and make a mess. The only difference is only getting some extra symbols but there is enough space for AltGr symbols. The task is not really replicating a PC completely. :)
  2. How about this one? [attachment file=12456]
  3. actually we could get even closer if the values on the number rows also moves to SHIFT, somewhat like here from this The initial idea of getting rid of a separate AltGr (like removing shift + key to get symbol on numbers) is to avoid printing 3 symbols on a tiny key. (Like number 1-0) otherwise will look quite a mess... But I have to say that might only be the case for English as they get much less symbols? :)
  4. So far the feedbacks are: - Re-arrange the symbols (similar to above post) - Translating the Ctrl keys and change shift into symbol - Correct the mis-placed "anchor" All great suggestions
  5. I found app cloning being a popular feature inside Chinese firmware (i.e No google play services) As Pro1 targeting to be "As stock Android as possible" and fully Google certified, I am not sure if this can be legally added. (Technically there is no problem) Because some apps and services like Whatsapp may have T&C not allowing such action, so we suggest leaving it to individual users. :)
  6. Thank you. It has been resent. :)
  7. AltGr is a good suggestion but I feel a bit too much on current set-up: - It has similar function as the "yellow arrow" key on Pro1. Remember the yellow arrow (function) are only used for typing symbols printed yellow, unlike on PC most symbols are out of alphabet keys and use "shift" as modifier. Therefore regarding functional AltGr on Pro1 (If that exists) is the same as yellow arrow. (Only change a colour maybe) - Adding AltGr will need to remove one of the right Ctrl or Function keys. which will causing other issue. - The symbols used with AltGr on PC are mainly rarely used ones. -
  8. This is a very interesting suggestion. If the Chinese layout proved to be in a high demand, we would certainly consider it. In the future perhaps if we can make user to do custom mapping, maybe we can just make the alternative printing / keypad and user can swap them on. :)
  9. Now all the codes has been sent. Sorry for taking a bit long. If you haven’t received please do contact me at info@fxtec.com as some of the emails was undelivered and I have tried multiple times. :)
  10. The code has been sent again. If for some reason you still have not seen it. Can you please send an email to info@fxtec.com and we will reply with the code directly. :)
  11. Hi, the status changed means the code has been sent to your email. Have you checked up your spam folder of your IGG email address? If you still could not find it, we will send you again to the address you specified.
  12. "> First news for this month - we have implemented long press a key to quickly launch a specific app. Much loved function from other keyboard phones. :) In case link does not work here is the URL to the tweet which has the video.
  13. We indeed want to bring updates to users as much as we can. April will be a busy and exciting month (especially in the second half) and we target to bring news and interesting things related with manufacturing aspects. We also plan to software progresses we have made. (Hint: Long press a key to launch custom app)
  14. Thank you for all the suggestions - based on the feedback: - Additional German Characters Ä Ö Ü shall have separate keys and have upper/lower case as standard letters (Sorry that might seem obvious to native speakers) - ẞ and Euro sign can be places as combo / secondary key - Although I fully agree with @Kabbone, but the majority users seem to prefer a standard layout. Initially we plan to clear the keys next to P, L, M to give the keys into Ä Ö Ü. And place those symbols on top of standard characters. However, this seems to shift the letters into RHS. So we will go for the "standard
  15. Thank you Eske. We are indeed working hard to bring more news. We will try to post more regularly regarding the progress and news. :)
  16. Currently we have engaged with developers of Sailfish OS and Lineage OS. We will also help with the adaptation of Maemo Leste. More OS adaptation work will follow afterwards.
  17. FM Radio is included for sure. FM also makes 3.5mm headphone jack more useful. (Headphone as FM antenna.)
  18. Thanks to TeZtDevices, here are the two options: Not exactly as our layout but similar: [attachment file=11189] This looks good from a UX perspective, but my worry is that the letters are too close to left and as the device is big it makes right thumb quite stretching. [attachment file=11190] This is my current favourite. As it gives unified experience with QWERTY and the extra letters are also easily accessible.
  19. We are committed to bring the QWERTZ version. Currently designing layout based on the suggestions in this thread. (Hint: News could be as early as next week.)
  20. Thanks Eske! @alexmarzulli Yes indeed please can you send a message to orders@fxtec.com we will update your order accordingly. Many thanks!
  21. We will look into this function and get back with an answer later. :)
  22. During recent work we noticed that under Android system the "ALT" key will bring emoji by default. How about removing "SYM" key then using ALT key for emoji, but replacing SYM key with search key. So we can enable some default Android shortcuts with search key. What do you think? P.S: The launcher will sooner support long press a physical key to launch custom app.
  23. We are making functional upgrade. The next will be "quote" and "thank" functions. :)
