I tried the safetypatch. Tried to just apply the zip via Magisk modules, and got this. What am I doing wrong / how did you manage to do it?

If you had been faster, you could have hoarded all the hand desinfection bottles, toilet paper etc and now sell them from the trunk of your car with huuuge profit. Or perhaps not yet but few weeks later. But speaking of cars, I noticed that fuel is significantly cheap right now, at least in Finland. Cant remember last time I have seen 98 octane for less than 1,5€ per liter (my T3 van eats it). Must be at least ten or twent years after last time. Also diesel was already 0,10€ less per liter than it's normal lowest price point. So good moment to hoard some fuel?

Firmware.. Do you mean android version? Lineage, test9. What else? 😄 Or if you mean magisk, it should be the newest, 20.3 and 7.5.1. Safetynet check, just checked via Magisk. There is two points (see my post little bit above). ctsProfile was failed from the beginning, but the other was passed. Now both of them are failed, and apps like Outlook (there's some protection set by my employer) which detects root) now fail, but they were working before.

Looks like magisk stopped working on my device (los). Or at least safetynet check fails and apps which need to be hide from root, doens't work anymore. Magisk is not familiar to me, but I googled a bit and looks like it is quite common that it starts failing after a while. Should I just reflash it then and hope for longer-term operation?

I am using Lineage (test9) and had my first boot yesterday. I have been using LOS for ten days or so, and been at least two times at my friend's home (where network is weak and where I usually had reboots on stock) but it hasn't happened even once. But yesterday I got my first reboot and I was at home (where I have really strong network), so I don't know if it was the same issue after all. But I'd say there's at least lesser reboots in Lineage. I also have had this unresponsiveness issue few times now. Usually it happens overnight, when alarm clock starts ringing but the device won't wake up. It doesn't respond to touching or keyboard or power button. Only way to get it working is to reboot by long-pressing power button. The same is going in Finland. In the hospital I work in, have been made calculations of maximum possible amount of beds in intensive care. It actually depends more on available amount of ventilators, and the amount of available (not infected) nurses and doctors. The amount of staff is actually most interesting point; We already have quite an amount of people in quarantine because of being travelling abroad. Plus the normal cold, gastroenteritis, influenza, rs-virus stuff. So we are already running low on nurses although there's no corona virus infections on our area yet 😄

No one should have the power to decide who has the right to live and who has to be removed in order to reduce population, but what IF it would be caused by the nature? But stretching helps to prevent more people from dying to the infection, when there's less people sick at the same time. I was going to flash latest LOS image but tdm's repo seems to be down. So I decided to give a try to Magisk instead. Easy install with adb sideload, and seems that it works. Tested all my apps that didn't work due to 'rooted device', and all of them seem to work now. Magisk's safetynet test gives ctsProfile failure, is this something I have failed or is it related to SELinux state in LOS for example?

I was going to flash newest, but can't get to files.nwwm.com. Or even ping it. So looks like there's some issues again?

I have used K-9 bot on stock and LOS and haven't had any connection problems. Works flawlessly on my device.

Haven't tested those options too much, but also have noticed that there's some parts not working in notifications. Notification led is basically working, but looks like it doesn't trigger every time, so it doesn't blink with every notification. And I don't mean different apps, but for example some whatsapp messages trigger notification led blink and some others not. Also some messages trigger notification to lockscreen while some others don't. Can't see any pattern in this either. Also looks like Android has the stupid way to dismiss email notifications when you have email widget in use.

Not really important, but just asking: Did you buy a new phone to replace your Pro1 just because of broken fingerprint sensor? I mean, if the phone is otherwise perfectly usable, why didn't you use for example a lock code instead? I don't even use my fingerprint sensor (or any lock actually), so I could have swapped devices with you.

Do you happen to have this keyboard button issue, which is reported to be in stock, also in los? I mean the issue that keyboard letter virtually gets stuck and provides mmmmmmmmmmm instead of only one m? Or pops up the alternative letter menu? I didn't have it on stock but it have happened to me few times on los. I'd add it to the to do list also.

Is there any known issues with charging/battery indicator? At least for me it looks like the device charges very slowly/not at all (I have been using slow charge). Today morning I had 30% remaining when flashed test9. Then put the phone to wall charger and went to sleep for 3h, after that I had battery percentage of 34% and it is really discharging (dropping from there logically).

Thanks! One more: Is there a way to check which partition you are using atm? In flashing guide the partition was set to a or b few times to be sure to have the particular one in use. I have done the flashing only once and did it just as in the guide, so I guess I should have the system running from slot b. But after a while, when flashing test build 20, should I just remember which partition I flashed previous time? 😄
