See I did not order from IGG - I ordered directly though the Main website. That said, yeah - a Pro2 that is a for real upgrade, that they guarantee support for, removable battery, Never say never. Trust is gone but if there is an in stock item I am IN.

It was fine when it was we ordered in April of 2021 and were told Christmas 2021. Then it got pushed and pushed. With all the hardware and outdated OS issues and swapping out the processor, it started getting iffy. But I love my Pro1 so much so Hubby was willing to wait. But his old phone was slowly dying. Well it's official. Hubby canceled his Pro1X and the lovely Francisco responded that day that he was passing on the request to finance. Not sure how long this process will take, but I will keep y'all updated. Still in love with my Pro1 though.

Just celebrating my 3 year anniversary of the Clacker.

You know what's interesting is that I have gone from being on the "nice" list and having all my emails responded to - even ones not about devices @EskeRahn you know you have heard me sing their praises. But now even I am getting ghosted and all they send now are copy and pasts from the announcements.

I am so behind the times. I have never used Android 10 or 11. I miss the dessert names. But like @EskeRahn I am careful where and what I connect to and have Norton Security on my Pro1 along with about 12 security patches for browsers and email. I never log in to public networks or anything that is "free". I also turn data on when needed and turn it off when done. I don't keep Bluetooth on. I don't know what the bigger and better is. So back in the when - back when I placed the order for my husband's phone - they asked me if I wanted Batch 1 or Batch 2. I had picked Batch 1. Waiting you know? Then a bit later they said that there were some suspected problems with Batch 1, but I could get it anyways if I was willing to take the risk. I opted for Batch 2 😄 So this whole thread is making me wonder. Rather than lose money on all those batch 1 phones what if fxtec decided "Hey, let's sell these dirt cheap or bulk to someone overseas?" Old post I know, but I installed Camera PX 7.2.014. I use the double tap on start button and it starts up the Camera PX not the onboard Snapdragon one.

As to the topic in hand speaking of the Pro1 not Pro1x, calls are hit or miss. I miss a lot of calls and get voicemail notifications, texts don't always go through or come through. But man I love this phone.

It was announced a while ago that this would not be a 5G device. Please keep that in mind as far as signal capabilities.
