Got Pro1 today too, didn't get headphons either. So I'll patiently wait for them.

Czech Rep. FedEx also wanted from me to declare/prove the shipping costs (i.e. with PayPal invoice) in regard to import tax handling. One option was to not declare any shipping costs in which case they use the actual costs in FedEx system. That's what I did.

Got tracking today too. Czech Republic, EU. Should be here next Tuesday according to FedEx. I had to fill some contract with FedEx so they can handle the import tax for, stating I won't pay anything.

Thanks for the report. I wonder if these are now sent to pre-orderers along with phones as originally intended.

Ohhh ... I'm sorry for publishing my false hopes. I just realized there's still one more package I'm expecting and it might also be delivered by UPS. I'll keep you updated on Friday.

The problem is that my website account is not connected with order. I've ordered before creating website account. Asked support in summer if that could be an issue but they checked and assured that the order is fine in their backend system and will be processed even though it's not appearing in my account that shares same e-mail address as order. I'm receiving all regular f(x)tec e-mail updates and newsletters.

Ordered 29.3.2019, payed 1.8.2019, order #11xxx, EU - Czech Republic, QWERTY. Edit: No IGG backer. I was not at home yesterday (23.12.2019) and received UPS note in mailbox about them not being able to catch me, stating that next delivery will happen on next working day except bank holidays. Which makes it Friday 27.12.2019. It's most likely the Pro 1 as I'm not expecting anything else which might be delivered by UPS. You should be fine. I'm in exactly the same 'account' situation. Even asked Fxtec before the first pre-payment announcement e-mail if this could be an issue but it's not. Your pre-order is just not showing up in your account but you'll get the payment notification. I've received mine yesterday and payment proceeded OK.

According to official specs, Pro 1 will have Sony camera sensor. Sony mobiles are known for not having RAW image support perhaps to not to cannibalize Sony's own point'n'shoot camera market segment. So I wonder if Pro1 will have camera2 API to support apps which can handle RAW imaging? Or is it a hardware limitation of Sony mobile camera sensors and there won't be RAW possible at all?
