Ya in my case, I'm lineage so also need safetypatch, but had that. My issue was I needed to update magisk. Now passing safetynet and both apps are back in the play store for me.

I guess I will just wait until they release an official fix for that broken OTA.

It is because of the OTA that causes play store issues. If you are rooted with Magisk, go into the Downloads section in Magisk Manager and install SafetyPatch. If you aren't rooted, then you need to jump through some hoops to install it outside the play store, because it uses split APKs/App Bundles. I am running it fine on the Pro1 through the Play Store with the first method and the 20200304 OTA. I have also installed it on 2 unrooted Pixel 4 XLs that have unlocked bootloader, which makes them not pass safetynet, hence can't see Disney Plus or Netflix in the Play Store.

I'm not quite sure what you mean be a "desktop stand", do you mean like a charging cradle? or just a mount like a dashboard car-mount? if the last, many car mounts have a common size ball head, and you can take the holding part and attach to a dashboard-part rather than an air-vent part. The cheap gravity landscape holder I mentioned a few time in the car mount thread allows to use the Pro1 either opened or closed and comes with a dashboard mount, that you could adhere to a plate, or directly to the desk for a fixed position.

I actually also prefer that one. Minimalistic and great!

At least you tried. Best guess is that Titanium will work for the app data, but might not work for reinstalling some of the app apks. You will most likely be able to install the apps that fail from the play store and restore the Titanium data backup over the top of them, though. Swift Backup is another possibility. It can handle the new types of APKs better. It has confusing options and UI though. AppWererabbit is another option for the app data. For any apps that are designed to work with it, the built in Google cloud backup works well and is your best option to get *most* (

I started as a cook in institutions some 25 years ago and I remember the introduction of the new health code in kitchens. No more fresh soup, desert, or local vegetables, but all industrial produced/processed half products. in 25 years our lives have changed dramatically from dirt which enhance the immune system to a sterile environment in which we turned in to weak helpless beings with a depraved immune system.

On an unrelated matter, I noticed I wasn't passing safetynet, turned out there's a new version of magisk. I tried direct install (under lineage) and worked fine, reports passing again.

Hmmm interesting. I don't see it in play store, and I thought I'd hidden all my compromises (Play protect certified, pass safetynet, etc). Someone with stock 0306 will have to let us know if its there for them.... edit: argh, Im not passying safetynet actually

I'm compromised, rooted and open bootloader, so, yeah, no Disney+, Can you find it for sideload? Might work... Netflix does.

As an update, I chartered a private jet for my mom. She is back home in the Chicago suburbs, safely tucked into her house 3 blocks away from me, Safe and sound.

I've really thought the userbase here is a bit smarter than that. Kind of sad.
