  7. My favorites are: YouTube Vanced with Vanced Manager for updates - ad-free youtube, background playback, tons of options, skip resolution check and combined with the microg app from vanced manager you can also login to your account (it also has a black version and youtube music also has a vanced version in vanced manager). WPS Office for documents PowerDirector for on the go video editing (just for fun I was thinking a mobile version of Premiere would be really cool on the Pro1, and I found one 😄 ) Malwarebytes - antimalware app that saved my a** multiple times across t

  8. USB debugging (for example using Wireshark) would be the best to tell what the real problem is.

  10. I can see this is significantly delayed - sorry for that. I am chasing one of our directors to visit a bank branch to issue this for you. This has been quite difficult recently following our 2nd lockdown in the UK. Bank transfers for relatively low amounts are very old-style for both parties compared to credit card payments.

  11. A few tips for IGG contributions in case you haven't done so already. Please disable any proxies, or VPNs that you may have running. We see people using those a lot more often now, but for any fraud protection such as what Stripe has (what IGG uses for payments), that's a no no. It's also important that your billing and shipping address match the address where your card is registered. You should also call your bank immediately after the failed payment attempt and they should typically be able to tell you why. Or you can email us at info@fxtec.com and we'll generate an internal order match

  14. well i have it for quite a while now this are my pros and cons: pro: -keyboard -custom firmware (unlocked bootloader) -good battery -the n900 notification light -good build quality -what you would expect cons: -bad call quality (people can't understand you) -weak wifi signal -os not the best (if you want vowifi you need lineage), needs development -ghost touches -fingerprint sensor -shifted keyboard layout to the right... why not use a normal one... -proper camera software (or a gcam port that works) things i would want to have but are not cons: -smal

  15. here's a list of apps i've gathered from these two posts (this one and the landscape post) 98% of these apps come from F-Droid, the other two you have to download the APK, not from google play store. Silence SMS app - i tried textra, mentioned here, i liked it. then i saw the trackers for it and quickly uninstalled. Briar secure messaging app - kind of high tech, but secure. and you need to get your friends to install it (replaces whatsapp) (search internets for their repository for F-Droid) Element.io matrix Slack, IRC or XMPP messaging app - replaces whatsapp

  16. So I'm posting this in General because this is purely a matter of curiosity on my part, and I'm still (im)patiently 😉 waiting for all the logistics and production issues to pass so I can receive my device, so wouldn't really call it a support item. Does the Pro1 have esim support? And if not, is this something that could be enabled at a later stage with a software update? Some phones with the Snapdragon 835 SoC support esim, but not all of them: https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=8733&idPhone2=8647&idPhone3=8523#*,*,g955u https://www.manninfo
