It had been 5 weeks since I had last heard from support. They said they were waiting for a shipment, but expected to send my replacement USB port that week. I thought it had been a long time in transit, so I emailed them to ask them for the tracking number. They told me they never sent the USB port, as promised, and were short on parts. Paraphrasing, they said they would send it when they get more parts.
Obviously, not very happy about them not sending it, nor the fact they didn't tell me they weren't sending it.
