Yeah I agree with this. I have a keyone and it works fine for normal usage email/messaging etc. But tbh I think they should release a new priv with similar specs and the key2. Its mainly rubbish with SSH and games need landscape (priv will be better with games than keyone) 😉

Slightly OT but related to the link whats "Zero-touch Support"?

I guess with SOC they have to pass the buck (Each chip is identical) and it's the OEM that has to provide the unique MAC address via the system rom or something. I am quite sure @tdm knows a lot more than me never delve into embedded devices.

It has to exist for the network stack to work but doesn't mean it's unique to the device, could be all zero's for instance

Yeah I couldn't remember on the mail what happened why I asked. TBH I have my own email apps that I use and would never use one they provided probably would be a redundant effort. (mine also works fine landscape)
