So it looks like F(x)tec is in the latest schedule. They said that every week now on about 10-20% of devices should be produced. It is possible that they can make it before Chinese New Year. π
-
We now have the information that batches are leaving the factory about every week and each batch covers about 10-20% of the pre-orders. I would advice people to do the math and estimate the delivery time. It takes atleast 5 weeks + shipping time to fulfill the pre-orders. Probably it is more than 10 weeks but not so much later than that. If you can't wait that long then just ask refund and maybe consider again when there is public availability. If you want to wait but your current phone cannot hold on for that long then try to buy something that do not cause big loss to you. Maybe buy somethin

To my understanding it is a regional thing. For example here in Finland Android Pie reports "4G+" on my XZ1 Compact. Also, user was able to change the icon between 4G and LTE before Pie update (on Oreo) via System UI Tuner. It is not possible anymore on Pie without root.
-
Erik said that earlier. See the post below. Erik was talking about 3rd batch which includes more QWERTZ devices. Pro1 Pre-Orders Updates thead: "Our 3rd batch is leaving the factory this week on its way to our Hong Kong logistics hub, and I expect that customers from the 3rd batch will receive their stock assigned letters early next week. This new batch will have more EU QWERTZ devices, even though that won't cover all of our QWERTZ pre-orders just yet."
-
3rd batch containing lots of QWERTZ devices has already left the factory. It is just a matter of time when we get those. Maybe not before Xmas but soon anyway! Keep calm everybody π.
-
There were many QWERTZ devices in the first batch. However, due the issue with screen panels big amounth of devices had to be rebuit in the second batch. At the same time US customs blocked the shipment to US customers and factory had to manufacture QWERTY devices again. This is the reason why the amounth of QWERTZ devices were small on 2nd batch. 3rd batch should include more QWERTZ devices.

Android 10 update is coming later to Pro1 via OTA so you are able to just click the notification and update. No worries!
-
I did not answer to you. I was just talking about how to get Android 10 even without official update. But to you scenario I have to say that it does not affect to Pro1. The requirement is only for new devices shipping with Android 10. "New devices running Android 10 and higher must use file-based encryption." It is the same thing that new devices with Android Oreo 8.0 had to support Treble but if the device was only updated to Oreo Treble support was not neccessary.
-
Pro1 supports Treble so you should be able to flash a GSI Android 10 to it. Drivers can be a problem but it shouldn't be that hard to create LOS 17 for Pro1.

I believe that it is just a small delay this time. It happens. People should soon receive tracking numbers from 2nd batch ja stock assignment mails from 3rd batch.
-
You need to use [ spoiler ] tags. Like below but remove spaces. [ Spoiler ]test[ /Spoiler ]

But it is soon anyway! Devices are on the move π.
-
Actually it is possible but I don't know how to use it. See the quoted post above. EDIT: I figured it out [ spoiler ] tag is the answer [hide]test[/hide]

I believe that dreamflasher was meaning Hong Kong logistics hub. Erik said last week that people in 3rd batch should receive stock assignment mails early this week when the phones are at the warehouse in Hong Kong. Phones were in transit last week. I believe that we get mails soon π.
-
However, it would be valuable information for others if you have time to test π.
-
By the way, when did you paid and did you used IGG coupon?
-
I have 11xxx, IGG coupon, paid 1st of August (in 1 or 2 days after the request), QWERTZ and EU. I believe that I must be in the same batch! π
-
Almost the same with me. I have 11XXX
-
Really looking forward to receive stock assignment mail from 3rd batch later this week. π

Notice regarding getting Google SafetyNet Certified software
FlyingAntero replied to Waxberry's topic in General Discussion
Yes, that is true. That is reason why you should not input any personal information to anywhere if you do not want to get followed. Just run trought the start up wizard by skipping everything you can and then head to the setting and allow OEM unlocking. Then you should able to unlock and flash for freedom. -
Notice regarding getting Google SafetyNet Certified software

I believe that it is better when the device comes with locked bootloader. Then people can use all Google services if they want without hassle. If someone wants to flash different OS to the device, it is trivial to unlock bootloader and flash whatever he/she wants (just like with OnePlus devices). If you do not input any personal information during start up I believe that Google does not collect anything from you since the device is fully wiped during flashing process. Of course it would be different thing if the bootloader would be locked permanently. Luckily that is not the situation with Pro -
It is nice to see devices delivered π. I will try to keep my spirit up till I receive my unit sooner or later. Just remember to post your feelings as soon you get Pro1 π.
-
I believe that you are not fair with me. I have not said anything wrong. For example you overlined the section where I wrote that small batch of Lite units were shipped. Indiegogo page, February Major Update "Shipment of the first batch of βLiteβ Keyboard Mods (K1L) We are pleased to announce that we have started to fulfil the Non-battery orders from 31st Jan. Here are some unbox pictures and unit pictures."

I hope the same βΊοΈ.

Discussion and testing on features and known&potential issues

Try to get screenshot of the logs right after you notice an issue. Maybe that will help devs to figure it out.
