  1. Did you order QWERTY or QWERTZ. My order number is 11xxx, used Indiegogo voucher and ordered QWERTZ. I haven't got any mail yet. Order status is "processing"
  2. There are Android apps already available that can do it for you. However, you will need to use ADB commands (or root access). If you want to resize only the touch area, that can be done even without ADB.
  3. Thank you for the clarification. Could also check what there is written about Google Play Protect certification? Check your Play Protect certification status 1. Open the Google Play Store app. 2. Tap Menu > Settings. Under "Play Protect certification," you'll see if your device is Play Protect certified.
  4. I mean that Pro1 might be listed with another name that can be found from the device settings. You have the prototype device so you can check the code name that is used there in the settings. It might be different than QX1000. Like my Xperia XZ1 Compact says G8441.
  5. But you can the check the code name from the settings? It should be same that is used at the Google site. I am just wondering if the latest delay is caused by the missing certificate?
  6. Yeah, I know that. However, even new Nvidia devices are listed there (mdarcy and sif). So the list is definitely updated recently. I am wondering if Pro1 is listed with another name or the certification is still pending. F(x)tec told last month that they are waiting for last certifications to be approved.
  7. @EskeRahn Could you check the model number of Pro1 and check if you can find the device from supported Google devices? I could not find "F(x)tec Pro1" or "QX1000" (code used at FCC) anywhere there. I believe Pro1 should be listed as a supported device already since it is realeased a while ago. https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1727131?hl=en
  8. If we ever get Android 10 update I am definitely going to try a native desktop mode on Pro1. https://www.xda-developers.com/make-android-10-desktop-mode-useful/
  9. I am also little bit concerned if I am able to reach the middle buttons easily. The length of the phone is 154 mm so it is not that easy to press the buttons in the middle. This thing was discussed during Moto Mod campaign so I believe F(X)tec team has think about it. One option?
  10. The project has nothing to with money. It is about how much resources I am able to put into that project. But thanks anyway. I wasn't aware that every Moto Mod backer is included in the first batch even they selected QWERTZ layout.
  11. I just would like to know how many orders there are in total so that I could estimate the user base for a software project. Also, I am curious to know how many orders there are before me. I placed my pre order in early April right after I got my voucher from the Moto Mod Keyboard campaign and paid in August but still got 5 digits number.
  12. Could you share your list for my own use? Can't wait to get the Pro1 on my hands. Send mail to flyingantero@gmail.com if possible.
  13. Hey, that means that the delay would never reach 4 months so we would get the phone soon ;). Seriously speaking, I am not happy with the situation but I am still willing to wait. I have been waiting since the Moto Mod campaign so 1 or 2 months doesn't make any difference anymore. I just can't wait to get the device in my hands. Hopefully I will get the phone before the end of this year.
  14. I like this idea! Scandic keyboards are usually implemented this way so it would be natural for us. In my keyboard (PC), Ö+Ø and Ä+Æ are printed side to side but combining them to a one character would be interesting idea. I haven't seen that before anywhere but not bad at all. Only suggestion for layout that I have would be flipping $ and €. $ is usually with 4 button and € with E button. And if you are going to combine Ö+Ø and Ä+Æ then * and ' could be moved from K and L buttons to Ö and Ä. My proposal: Example of Scandic keyboard (PC) https://imgur.com/a/sV83X9H
  15. Price was originally $649, £649 or €649. Then F(x)tec said that price will increase for non-EU customers. Newsletter: "The price of the Pro1 is increasing for our non-EU customers due to various global factors outside of our control, but good news is that the special pre-order pricing is still available until 31st August." There was a bug in the system but now EU price is the same €649 but for US customers it is now $699.
  16. There was a short video posted on Twitter earlier. It is a protype of the case. https://mobile.twitter.com/chenliangchen/status/1103298918564139010
  17. N900 or even Droid 4 owners have been waiting so long that people can not hold on anymore. But I would be happy see scandic layout later.
  18. I know that you are doing your best :). However, I wish that you are as transparent as possible regarding to software updates. Just let us know if updates are coming or not (when you know). It is unpleasant to just wait without knowing what is going to happen. Google is going to update Pixel 2 phones to Android R (Android version updates guaranteed till October 2020, link) and Pixel 2 phones are using same chipset (Snapdragon 835) than Pro1. So in theory, even Android R could be possible.
