Hello there, recently got my new Pro 1X, but trying to load it I sensed the USB plug to be loose. While moving it slightly it was rattling inside the phone. I am not sure. As the USB module is separate, does this refer to a not so perfect clamped/glued module or might the screw or even the connection on the conductor board be broken ? I once experienced something similar on a graphics card, where the plug was loose as its screw was broken from the board. After some time of rattling the soldering of the plug broke and it was doomed. Does anybody have an idea on that ? Or ma

I'd hoped that these parts were available a few months ago; I had a chat with someone from support and he mentioned at least the screen was in stock. In the end, I opted to go for the Indiegogo deal which bought me both a screen and a battery (and two screenprotectors) for only an extra $5,- (yes, you may call me cheap) but alas, I still am stuck with a non-functional phone. Does anyone here have an indication on when FX is planning to send these parts?

Greetings, I have one of the fancy Pre-Christmas devices (Lineage). I had horrible problems with ticks and poor sound quality upon recording (mainly uneven recording levels, distortion to the point of being unintelligible). Fxtec asked that I return the device (at my cost) and was told the sound card was replaced. The recording issues remain. There is no answer for 45 days despite repeatedly responding to the last message from Fxtec support on 21JUL21 of: "Dear Gene, We're sorry to hear about this. So much time have passed since I have payed for pro1 (#48416 from 20-th January 2020), but still no tracking info available. After contacting support around 1 month ago, they said, that tracking info will be available "in the next couple of days", but status is still "Processing". Now support is not even responding to emails. This attitude towards customers is simply bad. I didn't issue a refund yet only because I really like idea of pro1's keyboard.

I've been trying to get a refund for my pre-order for a month now. Support told me refunds take about a week to process, but I have heard no word. I understand it is a small start-up company, but I am feeling scammed considering I also waited over six months for a phone. I'm assuming everyone here didn't choose to ask for refunds, but I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance.
