This does work (albeit post activation on a mule phone) because of the interoperability requirements of the LTE standard, Verizon has no choice but to allow a LTE device on their network. Thus, even though there isn't (and won't be) CDMA support for the Pro1, there should be LTE support. Also, Verizon, in the near future, will be shutting down their CDMA network anyway.
