  2. Yesterday I had two spontaneous reboots while having a call. I was working on my garage, and had working gloves on. First time I really thought that the device rebooted spontaneously, and the second time I was ready to throw the device towards concrete wall... But then I realized that I had accidentally long-pressed the power button on both of times and this caused the reboot 😄

  4. I think the gravity idea is the best. Unfortunately most only do either landscape or portrait. And the landscape ones are not that common out there. I have found just two claiming to do BOTH though. I found this but also this kids friendly design. For both I assume the feet needs to be modified for the USB plug in portrait The pure landscape I only found in one version, e.g. sold here. Many of the portrait ones will interfere with the buttons and/or the USB plug, so a bit of search and trial&error can be expected. Ordered this.

  5. With everything going on in the world right now, probably not a good idea to sticky this thread to the top of the forum... Feel free to bring it back when things settle down, but just a suggestion

  6. So you probably got a new phone but they obviously can't guarantee they would always do that 😄

  8. I had similar thought (and mine also attached - I use the same wallpaper as you but hadn't given it a name). But a bootlogo screen contest, I'd be highly likely to use one...

  9. Firefox, because I use Waterfox on my desktops/laptops.

  10. I'm still using Launchtime and find it refreshingly simple, but it suddenly dawned on me why I love it so much. As an old Palm PDA user from way back, this is essentially the old Palm Launcher... tabs with categories with each tab showing a window of icons of apps you have identified as belonging to that category. There are a few updated tweaks... tabs rather than a drop down (a tweak all third party Palm launchers added), a hidden category (very useful for getting Pro key icons and other useless things out of your way. and some personalization features. As mentioned much earlier in this thr

  11. Hi! First of all, thanks @tdm for your awesome work - I finally got around to installing test-11 and it is such a massive improvement over stock! Just one issue I'm having: The keyboard in my case seems to register fn and shift as exactly the same key - no matter which layout I use (I tried both the regular android layouts and the finqwerty layouts), I keep getting the same letter/symbol with shift and with fn. I have the German keyboard version. Is there anything I can do myself, or any log I can post to help debug this?

  12. The update is great. The "multiple keys at once" fix has vastly increased my typing speed. Before I couldn't break 40 WPM before I stopped getting dropped keys; now I am 50-60 WPM on a good day. Thank you f(x)tec for fixing this! Before the fix, it was a great phone; now it is stellar.

  13. Go ahead the currently available OTA is good. They fixed the issue that affected early adopters.

  14. All warranty cases are under NDA so I can only say that they have resolved the issue and it took an additional amount of patience. (I presume they want to avoid establishing a precedent and decide how to resolve issues on a case by case basis) I can recommend requesting support. Be sure to accurately record/film the defects/issues. So that it is obvious how much/little effort is needed for the issue to occur.
