  3. I am afraid Pre-Christmas batch still had shifted QWERTY layout, but that was an initial batch so later shipments should contain unshifted QWERTY layout.

  4. Mine pops out of place on an regular basis.F-ing annoying. I think it happens when I drop it (bumper case) and or when it's in my pocket (pants) which causes some torsion I assume. Whenever the earpeice seems to malfunction, I pop the backplate back. Nowadays I check it on a regular basis, or at least on those seldom occasions that I receive a call. In my case it's the lower left part of the screen (back) when in landscape mode keyboard out. Press and click.

  6. I'm not very worried, myself. However, I'm surprised they haven't been more communicative. That was the big problem last time they produced a product. My mistake regarding a February refund. I saw someone else post about a February date and then when I recently paid for a battery on the Indiegogo page, the email I received stated: ... This charge will appear in your credit card statement as “INDIEGOGO* Pro1 X IGG”. Crowdfunding is not shopping. Your donation is a way to support a project but does not guarantee that you will receive a perk. You may request a full ref

  7. We haven't had an official update since the New Years one. As for refunding, I'm not sure, the way IGG crowdfunding works, that refunds will be offered. From a post on IGG: Knowing them, I suspect they would issue refunds if they couldn't deliver, but honestly crowdfunding doesn't even require that. As IGG likes to point out, it is an investment without a guarantee. I'm not worried. I think they will deliver, but may not be able to make the target of March. I'm willing to be patient once more.

  8. Good point. They *did* send the early Christmas phones, so there is progress there. But you are right. They haven't updated it. Have we not heard anything through any other channels on where they are with this? The time for refunds is fast approaching.

  9. I doubt that this should be at controller level. 1) Look at the 'animation' as we turn it between the orientations 2) If you take a picture of the display with a digital camera, it is clear that the synchronisation stripes that might appear, is parallel to the short edge.

  10. If the green part moves from top to bottom of the physical display when you rotate it, it may be a software problem. However, I don't know what the software does on rotating, as the display controller itself may have an option of display orientation which means it may still be a problem of the display controller which belongs to the display (not part of the phone but part of the display). So the question is still open I think... Anyway, what happen if you rotate the phone vertically and force it to rotate the other way vertically? Does the green part appears at the left or right

  12. I think you get the wrong idea, topic titles sometimes disappear when @EskeRahn merges threads that are just saying the same thing but I've never known any posts to be deleted for being critical or negative while watching this forum pretty closely...

  13. A slight hint on linking ebay listings with drop downs. Unfortunately they do not update the active URL when you choose something from the drop downs. The easiest way I found to get the relevant link for a selected variant is to Add the variant to your Basket. Go to your Basket, and right click the link from there and and from the pop-up content menu choose to copy the link. Remove the item from your cart. The important thing is the var part of the link. E.g.: Your general link https://www.ebay.de/itm/133342103922 becomes e.g. https://www.ebay.de/itm/

  14. Update: Magically fixed itself. Started just this evening. I literally can't hear anything out of the earpiece. Fine with headset, bluetooth, speaker, but not just holding the phone to my ear. I saw one other person reported it but then said it was fine. Any suggestions?

  15. Hello from Italy Pro 1 Community, I hope you are all healthy and safe. Are you all satisfied with your devices? I hope we are. I have my Pro 1 from February and no any problem until last week. Then, my earpiece stopped working. I can not use it anymore for anything, no sound from it. I am on LOS 17.1 and the problem resists to updates too. There is some check that I could do before thinking to open the device to check the speaker directly? I am good in technical skills, but I also see that there are not available spare parts except form battery and screen...

  16. Now my phone is not responding in any way including the EDL mode when connecting to PC! :( UPDATE: It's back... now to try and bring it back from the brink...
