Hey guys, I received my Pro1 last year and, although I paid for it, I never received some kind of official invoice. There was only this order overview in the online account. No invoice in the package, neither I got an e-mail with an invoice. Did you receive an official invoice or do you know where to find it? I am asking because I think an invoice could be useful, e.g. concerning warranty questions.. Thanks in advance, Chris

Back on August 1st, 2019, I received an email invoice for my payment of my pre-order, but as someone who has used their warranty repair service, I never needed to use it. In general, they can access all your info using your email (presuming it's the same one you used when you purchased).

I swapped my faulty display assembly with one from another Pro1 and it's been working great ever since. It was like 8 months ago.

Or an Elephone U Pro with intact display, then at least the display could serve as a spare for the Pro1 😉 (That said, I just had a quick look and didn't find any used ones, only a few new ones for 300+ €, and stock Android doesn't seem to go beyond Android 8...)

Just an idea: Find a different cheap phone (possibly used with broken display) that also supports LineageOS, and try to build roms for that. when you feel comfortable doing that, you could switch to your Pro1
