The Fx count down timer does not display properly sometimes. When shutting screen. No cancel button displayed and the dialogue window seems to be stretched and attached to the right hand frame of the screen.

In comparison you can see: Both Apps in Auto Mode; (Point and Shoot) Photo's "FV-5" Very clear and sharp images with right light settings Software is handling WB, Focus, Exposure, ISO, or light metering perfect for my liking. Photo's "A Better Camera" (Usually good on other devices I have owned) Very Grainy and artifacts Too much brightness Software is not handling WB, Focus, Exposure, ISO, or light metering very well. i.e. controlling camera hardware.

I have not used open camera. It may take as good a photo. I have used FV-5 for many years as I do event photography normally with a Canon DSLR camera. FV-5 has controls very similar to to a DSLR which I prefer, it enables me to adjust the picture to my liking quickly. Out of the box when comparing "FV-5" with "A Better Camera" (My other go to over the years) All photo's taken in auto mode in both apps FV-5 produced richer and more correct photo's in multiple lighting scenarios. I will give it a go, I am familiar with 'Developer Options' 'Rooting Devices' 'Tasker' 'Re-flashing devices etc. Just never tried ADB with an unrooted device. I will work it out and thanks for the info. As far as the original post goes, Camera FV-5 is the best quality results I have seen, also as I am a DSLR user the controls are very familiar as well. Point and shoot on auto works very well. 4K video really impressed me as well.

I have not done much through ABD previously, Is anyone willing to write a step by step on this process, to save myself blundering through. When disabling the Snapdragon Camera app, is the pressing the hardware Camera Button going to bring up something like "could not find application?" I tried disabling permissions of Snapdragon Camera. It come up with an error when pressing the Hardware camera button. See below.

Yes it seems it does half and full. I am unrooted and when using the camera button snap dragon camera pops up on the full press. May have to root if an OTA is not available soon. All soft keys work perfect though.

External Keyboard Helper has a Switcher Shortcut already, which I am activating with Tasker, Also created a Tasker App. I will have a look at those other options Thanks.

By far the best image quality for photos and video. (That I have tried) Video and Photo are separate Apps. Opens and switches seamlessly between the two when going from video to photo and visa-versa. Do you have this operating on a rooted or non rooted phone? I can get the trigger to activate, but access to switching the keyboard directly seems to require root access.

It does not permanently disable your onscreen keyboard. It just puts it on a toggle. If you have tried the steps I would be interested in knowing if it fixes the problem when your bluetooth keyboard is connected (I assume no requirement for onscreen when in use. Also the auto detect bluetooth keyboard function may switch the handler on and off.

I have noticed this behaviour depend on if you open with hardware button of from app shortcut. App shortcut works better.

I am having the same problem Telstra Australia. To my understanding and countless hours on the phone to tech support. All the settings for VoLTE and WIFI calling are operator specific. The settings are quite complex and not as simple as just punching the settings in. Telstra had a red hot dip in trying to get it going, including getting me to swap my SIM into a compatible phone. My last resort is to get Kernel files from a compatible phone, which will put the settings onto my Pro1 but won't guarantee it working. I will post an update when I get around to this point.

Yes I am mate and just gave you the steps to stop your annoying key repeating etc. You may not recommend the device, you may have paid for it, you may also be annoyed that it does not quite work as it should out of the box. That works for me on those setting using the Pro1 and I would recommend the device to the tweaking type at the moment. It needs updates and fixes for the general public and iBeige users. If you would like to humour me please try the steps and tell me how you go. Otherwise just continue using your Priv.
