When did pre-orders became just orders? Was it when the deliveries started? Fxtec main site still has a button for creating a pre-order.

Which version of stock did you have running prior to flashing Lineage? Does upgrading to test12 or test13 work, or are you stuck on test10?

I managed to flash the LineageOS recovery! I found some USB hub, connected it to the USB 3.0 port, connected the device to the hub and fastboot flash worked. I have absolutely no idea why, but here's the USB dump.

I have noticed this on stock, but have always just assumed I accidently pressed the power button to turn the screen on.

It's my first flash (I have never flashed any custom ROM before) and test13 doesn't work for me. After flashing I get: "Can't load Android system. Your data may continue to get this message, you may ne factory data reset and erase all user da device". /edit: test10 works fine.

Well in theory they could offer the uncertified software, but I bet a lot of users would be quite angry if Fxtec deliberately prevented people from using their banking app and the like requiring the certification.

I allow myself the following question: At the time of this post, were you aware that the package with the Pro1 was already on the way or has even been accepted? Then the post would be at least dishonest if not worse.

Of course :D I need a phone with a keyboard. Got a multiple-times-cracked screen (as it fell down multiple times on the ground without a protection... now I've got a nice leather cover :), but it's still working. And I've ordered a new screen already (and will also offer a replacement service later on). Just waiting for the team to catch-up with the orders so they can deliver more units to distributors. I'll try to find that out... I think I was on test12 before, as I always try out the latest version, but if it just had fixes I wasn't interested in, I might've skipped.

I'll probably be the one to do that. I got close to a functional decrypt before covid hit, but haven't been able to work on it since. I'm focused on getting Lineage finished and official and TWRP should come after that.

Have anybody else noticed an issue with screenlock? Or what it should be called, I don't know. But the point is that sometimes, while the device is in my pocket and screen is off (by pressing power button), looks like the digitizer still works and receives touch input. This results the same way as the old non-smartphones when you forgot to lock buttons before putting the phone in your pocket; it may call somewhere, opens apps, opens new tabs in browser, opens random websites etc, and spends quite an amount of battery. This also happened to me right now, so it's the forth time I experienced this since I installed LineageOS, about 10 days ago. This only proof that the phone is not completely dead is that the keyboard stay lit. Despite several attempts, I was not able to restart the phone with the above mentioned trick. For me, the bug always kick in when I pick up the phone: it's freezes, the screen turns off, there is no more sound, vibration or led. Apart from this, I did not have the wifi bug anymore since I installed LineageOS.
