A few tips for IGG contributions in case you haven't done so already. Please disable any proxies, or VPNs that you may have running. We see people using those a lot more often now, but for any fraud protection such as what Stripe has (what IGG uses for payments), that's a no no. It's also important that your billing and shipping address match the address where your card is registered. You should also call your bank immediately after the failed payment attempt and they should typically be able to tell you why. Or you can email us at info@fxtec.com and we'll generate an internal order match

USB debugging (for example using Wireshark) would be the best to tell what the real problem is.

Desktop mode is only supported from android 10 upwards. There are some apps that emulate it in android 9, but they have been pretty buggy for me. P.S.: Nice monitor. I'm on the U3417W and it's awesome.

I can see this is significantly delayed - sorry for that. I am chasing one of our directors to visit a bank branch to issue this for you. This has been quite difficult recently following our 2nd lockdown in the UK. Bank transfers for relatively low amounts are very old-style for both parties compared to credit card payments.

There was an attempt to do sticky FN keys on Lineage gerrit but it wasn't done well. I would like to tie that to the keyboard sticky flag but don't know if that is easy to do. Or, I guess it could be another custom keyboard setting.

I'm using mine with a Dell P2419HC monitor. It has an USB C port and 3 USB3 ones. After connecting the Pro1 via USB C to the monitor, and a USB dongle for a keyboard and mouse combo, I have the phone display on the Dell, phone charging and keyboard and mouse with one cable. May be a bit off topic, but could help if you want to connect to a monitor not a TV.

Don't be too sure about that, for me it is the other way around and I need to use the USB3 port and cable ;)

Not IGG (if I remember it correctly)

Works great with Dell U3818DW with built-in KVM switch. I'm pretty sure it does fast charge too cause charge level goes up real quick. However all I get on the screen is just a duplicate of the smartphone screen, no desktop mode it seems on stock Android 9. I wonder if there is an app for that? That's off topic though 😁

VISA worked for me, too (DE). That said, a few days ago my subcription renewal at LWN.net by VISA failed with a simple "charge was declined" note. My bank offered no explanation upon my support request except "we checked the card, it's ok and should work" and "please try again", which I did, and then it worked. Never had any problems with it before...

Interesting story, I am curious what you will notice in the coming days. Anyway, when I have replaced my screen bought at Aliexpress, the problem was disappeared without any modification in software. I think you should try to find some USB2. Perhaps a USB2 hub, between your newer pc's USB3 port and the Pro1
