I doubt an app is causing it. It's an issue with Pro1 firmware. It can work well for weeks and then it does not anymore. Try Fx Service, see if it works for you. I have not had any autorotate issues since I started using it months ago.

@bamboozleDude that's what IGG is. It's not a shop, it's capital investment. There is no guarantee you will ever see your money again, there is no guarantee you will ever get your perks. Having said that FxTec this year have demonstrated honesty and willingness to serve their customers despite the small size of their operation and economic turmoil. I would say hang in there and hope for the best.

So what is your Fx key mapped too? Is it not the Android traditional 🔎? On my Galaxy Tab S6 🔎+D takes me to the home screen too. Did you try 🔎 + Esc too? Actually the official Android shortcut is 🔎+Enter apparently. If all fail I could possibly hard code such shortcut in Fx Service.

Indeed I believe @tdm changed the scan codes somehow so layout are probably not compatible.

Is there no other shortcut to go Home on your OS or layout. I'm using my Fx Qwerty layout which uses Fx+D much like on Windows.

Yes that can keep you going until you get your touch panel fixed.

You do know you can disable the touch screen using Fx Service? I'm sorry you are having that issue yourself. I had it too after 6 months of use.

It is a bit tricky, first you need to get that gesture app working which is a bit fiddly too. Then I believe it will guide you to a tutorial where you need to connect to a PC and run an adb command to hide the nav bar. It's a feature of that gesture control app but needs that adb command too.

You could hide the navigation buttons and use an app that enables gesture navigation à la Android 10. I did that like a week after getting my Pro1 in January and never looked back. Easier to navigate, more screen real estate for your apps. I found it's really hard to go back to navigation bar once you tasted gesture navigation.

@Erik Can you update Bob on the status of his order?

I want a perk with just the keyboard of choice so I can get two of them at a cheaper price. Spare screen assembly is much nicer than just the panel. I have stocked up two spare panels but I have to say I'm not looking forward to attempting such a repair.

Just published release v1.0.8 tackling bookmarks export issue on Android 10 and some keyboard shortcuts update as mentioned above. @Hook your bookmarks export should work then, it lands in a folder below that path Main Storage \ Android \ data \ net.slions.fulguris...

@Waxberry @Erik That secret tech bundle is missing a replacement keyboard layout. Hopefully we will get there.

@Hook I can indeed reproduce that issue on Android 10. I'll try and find some time to fix it.
