Good morning everyone. After paying for an upgrade ti the sapphire blue version my order details still tell me I ordered a black Pro1. is this the case for everyone or did they forget updating my order? Thanks in advance!

I do not think we mainly talk about preorders here 😉 And that does in my opinion make a big difference in waiting times and estimations.

Usually using the "wrong" should not cause problems. I would just give it a try and return the item if there occur problems.

Would really be nice if they told us when they cannot stick up to the 12 weeks they promised on their homepage

I have very rarely seen such an active community around a new phone. Would be really sad if it was all for nothing 😕 It means there are lots of people with interest in FXTecs products.

Write a message to the team. In my case I gave wrong information with the payment so they could not assign it to the order. Support is fast and helpful.

9 months after you paid? Is it a normal order? Querty?

So The Fxtec Team was able to help me out, here is what they wrote: We manually verify bank transfer payments. We will go though them this week, and the order status will update to "Processing" by the end of this week once we confirm the payment. So they do not verify the transfers continuously but they go through all of them regularely which is why it takes some time.

Hello Fxtec community, my order was placed on 27. August 2020 and paid the same day. The order status is currently "on hold" which if I guess correct means that the payment was not yet successful. I chose direct bank transfer as method and transferred the money from a bank of Germany. Is the duration normal or did I make a mistake so the payment cannot be assigned to the order?
