Did you contact them? FxTEc is sending me a replacement screen and asking me to send the current back to them for investigation. I am anxiously awaiting the replacement screen so I can bundle that with my own phone and send it back (video out not working on mine). By the way, were you still using Photon's up until now, or did you switch to something like a Priv 🙃? If I recall correctly you modified six Photons for me 🤗.

I'm on LOS, works for me. Just addes a test APN, was able to save it. Unable to test stock at te moment.

Have you tried applying some pressure to the earpiece? It's basically a small speaker that sits in the frame. If I recall correctly they work on pressure contact. It could be possible the pins do not bend as well as they should (like a spring action). Applying some pressure could restore the contacts briefly. Then it would be a relatively easy fix. Either contact support and wait for a new screen, or open it up and re-shape those pins. Worth a try I would think.

Hasn't been reported before as far as I know. Let me be the first to reply in general 😅 Are you running stock? DId you update stock? Have you tried a hard reset? And last but certainly not least, why don't you give Lineage OS a try? (I can hink of a few reasons, but still....)

@Hook Your fix should be easy, just start Disk Management and add drive letters to QX1000. Am I the only one with camera issues? It looks like 11 times out of 10 pictures are out of focus. Very annoying and useless as far as I'm concerned. going back to one of those BSG-ports. Any suggestions? Shame really, the app doesn't crash and is pretty snappy. So, after 18 months in total I have all the phones. And to be fair, the additional phones took 12 months for delivery. But, now I know for sure that my first phone is defect. USB C video does not work, nor has it ever. Pfffffff, so now I have to contact support and send it back to FxTec support. Which means I will have to go back to an old phone for I don't know how long. So I tried looking for Netflix and Disney and indeed, they don't show up in the Play Store. Well, I can't be bothered by that. On the connection type, I also noticed the ADB-driver. It seems the Google Nexus ADB driver is the culprit. I used a different Windows 10 machine. As soon as I install the ADB drivers mentioned on the LOS page, the phone disappears... So you want QX1000, uninstall ADB and delete the drivers.

Just received my additional two Pro1's. SN 193x and 194x.

Later today I expect two Pro1's to be delivered. After I have flashed those I will play around with drivers and settings. Even though I don't need the connection, I am curious to find out why it doesn't show. Which Windows build are you using @EskeRahn? As for SafetyNet, do you need this for let's say Netflix? Even in combination with a chromecast? That would be a problem for someone specific 🤪. In that case one of those Pro1's is gonna run stock. My banking-app does not need it, nor does the Ziggo-Go-app which I use to watch tv-streams (Ziggo being my provider). Can someone elaborate on

In my case it only shows up in PTP mode. File Transfer does nothing for me.

I had the same issue on Windows 10 2004 or whatever the latest build is. Only after going through all the LOS steps did it show up on my computer. This happened for no apparent reason after I flashed LOS. Can't exactly pinpoint when it happened because I was to busy configuring my phone. Just that it all of the sudden appeared under File Explorer. By the way, Windows 10 nowadays can take up to a couple of minutes before it searches for the correct drivers. So when you cycle through the connection options, be sure to force a manual search for devices and updates.

This happened to me once on stock. Reboot did the trick. I'm not sure about the other two, but definitely DEL + ENTER. Not that it's of any help since I cannot believe you havn't tried a reboot yet.

They forgot to send me 2 phones. I contacted them and the additional pones are on their way. Now, mind you, these were ordered and paid for in July 2019. Nonetheless, i contacted them on Tuesday and according to FedEx I will be receiving them Wednesday. That is 8 days later. So I think it's pretty safe to say you can expect a delivery pretty soon after placing an order.

My fingerprint reader sometimes won't respond. I have to use the power button and swipe. A few seconds after that, the sensor will work again. And still my inputs get eaten. Exactly the reason behind it 😃. I used to be an avid XDA member. Pfff took a break for a few years. A month ago I had to fight with a FairPhone 3. That thing on LOS is Hell. Before you mentioned it I hadn't even thought of all the different OG-packages. For some reason just flashed MTG without any thought. A comparison is in order... Now to schedule it 😅.
