That is why i bought a stack of different cheap plastic ones first, to narrow it down. None of them are likely to be perfect, so I'm not going to buy a £50+ case, unless we have one with a perfect fit. So see all these as experiments, that are not likely to live long....
-
Hmm the P30 Pro is slightly thicker, so expect the P20 Pro case to be a bit WORSE in this aspect. Did you cut out the creditcard holder?
-
I have used a sharp knife and/or a pair of scissors on the others. Luckily they look nice beneath it, but we can't tell before we know the case off course.

You do not need root to see process list, a priviledge through adb usually does the trick for GSAm and 3C. See e.g. this e.g. adb -d shell pm grant ccc71.at android.permission.BATTERY_STATS (I have had issues with this being accurate on the Pro1 after the last OTA update though)

If you do, then please post a link. Would have preferred black too.
-
My edit too.... *LOL*

Yikes did not see that.... I would guess some sort of plastic made from bamboo... 😱 ....With a little luck it is leather cut from a vegan... 😈😈
-
Yes edited my post after you replied. This means that it will be piece of cake to have it right or left as each user prefer. Or completely removed, and would fit magnetic car holders too, I wil start with one, but might buy more of those.... See they exists in other colours for other models, so a matter of searching I guess.....

No! On the contrary! Look for one WITH a card holder, and remove it, that makes more room 😉 (The two cover 'halves' are designed to be parallel further apart) I stumbled upon this one (suggested from your link) that has some slide function in it! That might be interesting! The photos does not show the slide that well, but might be useful for us?!? EDIT: It is a magnet at the inner part can be moved. That sounds almost perfect for our usage!! ....Just ordered....

...These flip cases for e.g. a P20 Pro are a tight fit. Have a look at the current one closed, and if I release the magnet. So without the magnet you are likely to end up with the second. And note that the card-holder on this one has been removed.
-
I guess so. The inner shell should protect it at the missing cover corner near the camera. One concern though. We are squeezing in a thicker phone, and I see no closing mechanism, so it might not close properly. Cutting away the creditcard pocket might fix that. But it depends on how much slack they have added.

He he, actually it is a fine balance. Too cold is ALSO bad. The best is around room temperature as I understand it.

I have seen the Pro1 pulling 5V 3A from another charger yes, so The charger not the the Pro1 is the limit here. The green plugs of the above charger does not seem to deliver more than 5V 1A to a Samsung S8-, so I would guess it is just labelled at more than it actually offers. But who knows maybe it DOES supply 2.1A on some phones - I'm only glad that it does NOT. *G*

"Huawei P20 Pro" yes, note that a lot of those got names very similar if you are searching.
-
My current best (of which i have bought five...) is this I'm still awaiting others in the mail. Among those real leather.
-
Uh that sounds bad. I think that is what was reported yesterday here
-
It has been discussed earlier and is build into android. It is depending on whether the keyboard s defined as Full or Alpha. See this Would be nice if we could choose either,

Tried to update,
-
Almost identical design to the P30 Pro, just slightly shorter, I added a compare link above 🙂
-
Yes, the length and thickness fits better. Samsung Note 7 also fits fine, but the camera hole in the back fits worse. But if used up side down, it would not matter much ADD sizes compared, see e.g. here (merged your thread in)

Yes, This charger goes up to 12V and allegedly with up to 1.5A on the QC plug. Haven't checked how high it goes with a Pro1 I know the Pro1 can go above 13W delivered to the battery, so with added substantial heating likely not less than18W supplied from the charger. I know the charger that comes with it goes this high, but I can not remember If I tried with this exact charger (looking around on my messy table I can see at the least ten chargers... yes some ordering is needed)
-
I miss that too.
-
Yup, I checked it metered with a cable that gladly do 20W (and seen over 3A at 5V from a QC plug)
