    What should we do instead of ignoring it? It is a user2user Forum. I doubt anybody from FxTec is still reading this thread. So you are complaining at some random users, and most of us are not hairdressers... But I agree that it must be here on X-Mas for a lot of people.

    I understand that really well (and it doesn't sound like complaining). But things like that have been asked for a long time. FxTec somehow does not seem to either can't give us these information or just don't want to (they may be business reasons for that). Most likely the only official thing you will get is the Tracking Number in a Mail (hopefully soon).

    As said, the critic on their communication is valid. Where have you requested your refund? Directly at the fxtec support or over you CC company?

    Again this thing. Yeah communication was really bad. Maybe they even lied knowingly (I don't think so, but it is possible). But why posting about that in user2user forum? They only thing you can do is order that damn thing or don't order it. That is all the vote you have. Yeah I understand that it can make someone angry when you want the device but don't like what the company does. That is the real world. You must decide if you will buy it anyway or not. Nothing will change if somebody post the same stuff every 3 days. There was more than enough constructive feedback, FxTec is aware that

    Basically this whole Forum is a mess (Don't look at me, I am completely innocent). This is unlikely to get better until there is some real user2user content here. So I would say do not put too much work into it until we got the phones.

    That is the point. There is a lot of stuff I only do on my phone if it has to be done immediately (like writing mails). So this device will make my everyday life more efficient again!

    I do not think it is done yet. Or even started. I think they are concentrating on the phone for now.

    Well the difference is, that the plane does not belong to FxTec and is also not chartered by FxTec, but FxTec sends the batch with a logistics company which does merge several parcels into the same plane. As far as I understand the Twitter it just says that the logistic company does not work over the weekend. So they have to wait for them.

    No he said private airfreight is out of question. It still is sent by airfreight as far as we are informed!

    So your daily driver now? Still leaves the question why you had in your breast pocket and not in a belt holster like people of certain age should? (Or is this just reserved for dads?) Anyway seems to be more stable than my current phone with case!

    No, nothing will be included in the Package. Both things will be sent afterwards if you get them.
