  1. Yes multiple people in the EU have a phone (mosen, eske, waschmaschine-nl) They did QA during production that is why the screens poped up. But I suppose you mean preproduction? Since it is an production error and the preproduction is different from the production, it seems that this issue is new.

  4. Sorry to misinterpret you. But they could learn and improve the single process steps with my proposed method. But anyway my point is, that a single delivery-batch could be made of multiple production batches. So until further information we can not assume how big the batch is.
  5. Also production batches do not necessarily equals delivery batches. They could f.e. do 1 step a day. That would mean 2X in the first week or so, 4X in the next. We can not assume the size of the second delivery batch from the information we have. Could be 2X but also 6X, 14X ... As eske said, they also can work parallel, so start Step 1 with 2X. After that Start Step 2 with 2X and restart Step 1 with 4X. And like that a delivery batch consist of multiple production batches: Day 1: 2X * Step 1 Day 2: 2X * Step 2, 4X * Step 1 Day 3: 2X * Step 3, 4X * Step 2, 6X * Step 1
  6. This may be hard to understand, but there are some errors everybody new to these kind of stuff has to make. FxTec is a bunch of engineers and may not had this experience before. Imagine yourself in this situation: You have a delay, not much but maybe 4 weeks. Your career depends on your customers staying happy. So you contact all your delivery partner about the new situation and ask them when they will deliver. They tell you at latest in the middle of October.   8. It is somewhat a bad idea to directly contact Waxberry. You should write a Mail to the support-team. I know some people here know him and he often replies. But it is not the default case that the CEO of a company handles these things. You would not write Tim Cook about the sate of your order, would you?

  17. I understand that really well (and it doesn't sound like complaining). But things like that have been asked for a long time. FxTec somehow does not seem to either can't give us these information or just don't want to (they may be business reasons for that). Most likely the only official thing you will get is the Tracking Number in a Mail (hopefully soon).

  19. Again this thing. Yeah communication was really bad. Maybe they even lied knowingly (I don't think so, but it is possible). But why posting about that in user2user forum? They only thing you can do is order that damn thing or don't order it. That is all the vote you have. Yeah I understand that it can make someone angry when you want the device but don't like what the company does. That is the real world. You must decide if you will buy it anyway or not.
