If I understand Eric correctly they use the same workers for logistics and production. So instead of shifting the workforce around multiple times and loosing valuable time in the process, they will leave them on production until all units are finished. After that all units will be shipped together.

It is way easier it is FN+SHIFT+A. Dead keys are inefficient. It uses US International (altgr-intl variant) as primary. However dead keys are usable to, Á then would be FN+SHIFT+' -> SHIFT+A but I see no reason why this should be preferred. Please note FN+SHIFT is hard to type, that is why CTRL+FN works too

Well as someone with some (of course only theoretical) knowledge of manipulating public votes I see some patterns here. The ramping up in the end is not what a natural habit looks like. Often people vote at the beginning when it is posted everywhere and tend to forget it more and more. A slight boost in the end is normal as everyone is trying to push the fanbase (I doubt the WOW cube has one). But scripted voting often happens in the end because you do want to know how far you have to go. You don't want to overshoot it since it draws attention!

I had no trouble opening it after like 5 minutes but yeah a lot of people I gave the phone too had. But I can absolutely confirm that once learned it is a great hinge. As long as you don't pay attention to it, it basically opens itself.

And probably also the repairability. It is easy to make a waterproof block of glue....

Sure most smartphones work great from the beginning, but they all have the same 3 components... The only valid point here is the FP sensor which is indeed horrible.

Well there is reduced tear to the usb port. But the long shot might again be in advantage to the manufacturing. Cheaper water proofed devices. Just one slab glued together. No ports at all. No repairability at all. The same reasons they prefer a device without a keyboard. It is again something big marketing campaigns try to force into our habits. Most certainly a software indeed. But instead of the useless SYM key it would have been nice to have a keyboard toggle key (Adapt, Forced Portrait, Forced Landscape). This would allow grabbing the open phone in portrait (which is pretty comfortable, the keyboard is alike a grip, allowing to use your other hand easily do do stuff on the touchscreen). Also this would offer a quick fix for the stuck orientation bug.
