In his ten year life I have only once seen him react slightly disturbed once. We were at a station, and they called out on the speakers to move away from the edge, as a fast train would be passing. The right stuff!! Aren't they just great... Have had a number of German Shepherds in the family since I was a baby, but the white ones are just soooo much better. All the good from the other ones, and an ice cold psyche that does not let it get bothered by anything....

Either method works with marginal difference equally well with and without a modified Note7 case. Though the push method gives an awesome clack when it opens, lifting the back is a more silent and more discrete method. So I tend to use the lift method

Guessing here, but I assume they will send out a similar mail on "stock assigned" for the second batch, when it has left the factory. So that should clear any doubt on second or third.

I remember the Iphone 6-, it was close to impossible to hold without a case of better material, it was slippery as a piece of soap. When I got it and showed it to some friend, I always made sure they sat in a sofa, and they all (but one) dropped it while playing around with it the first time!! And we had a good laugh afterwards when I told that it was exactly why I was so keen on them sitting in the sofa when I showed it to them, as I did the same thing when I got it. *LOL*
