Sadly, I think I'm giving up.  I managed to flash back the original stock, and I think even that was a miracle.  Not surprisingly, after doing 1 update, it couldn't do any of the others. So I got the 2020 version of stock, which should have the proper update, and  tried to flash it.  ADB worked fine, Fastboot identified the phone after reboot into bootloader, but then fastboot would just stop working.  Neither the flash_all nor trying each flashboot command manually worked.  The operation was just suspend. I would leave it a long while just to make sure it wasn't like when the percentage stops when sideloading.  And this is on Linux which has always worked easily. I did the whole port and cord dannce and even tried Windows.  It was always a failure with Fastboot.  It also won't flash back to Lineage, which has always worked flawlessly So, it is now stuck on a not really updated version of Stock Android 9 from 2019. I've spent a day and a half on this .  This is a period of time when I don't have a lot of time.  The Pro1 already has stopped being able to make calls (doesn't even try).  I haven't really been using it in the past year and it is physically in pretty good shape.  It's a shame I can't get this to work as it would be a great purpose for it. @jsreed5 If you want to take a crack at getting it to work, I might be willing to send it to you to try. At that point you could buy it at a very cheap "parts only" price, or return it to me. DM me if interested. If you get it to work, I even have a spare battery for it and some screens. I'd be willing to make a reasonable package deal for you,  I also have a spare, in box, never used except to keep charged) Pro1x I'll be looking to find a home for. I am happy with  the Pro1x I do use. The thing is, I've gotten away from my interest in keyboard phones and am, these days, focusing of Writer Decks,  Here is a site I created to keep information about current Writer Decks handy.  http://www.thewritekeys.com:8080/  I'm sorry I couldn't do more. The Pro1's Flashboot has always been a bit finnicky, but in the past I was always able to work it out. Someone with more patience might still get it to work. With Mrs Hook having medical issues, and my not being the best technical guy, I just don't have the focus or time to do more. Sorry.

Lineage-23.0-20251222-NIGHTLY-pro1x with December 1st security patch installed smoothly via OTA. MindTheGapps16, and root was maintained.  Again, to be clear, when I say "root was maintained" I mean that after OTA, and without reflashinng Magisk or opening the app, I still had root on my phone.

Optimistic pricing helder_alemao, I think you would be lucky to get half that, despite it being a vintage rarity by now...

The replacement screen I ordered is not here yet, but once it arrives, I'll test it just to confirm that it does in fact need reflashing. @Hook If the test works with your AliExpress screens, I'll make arrangements over DM. I might even buy a second spare screen as a backup, if ou're willing to part with one. @CornholioGSM If it doesn't work, I'll reach out via DM.
